Our last press release indicated that it would be the last news prior to the date given for the merger to be completed ("by april 5th). I have said many times that I have not been given reason to believe that we will miss that date. The moment I am given reason to believe that we will miss it, is the moment I start to squawk internally to release a PR.

So far, no reason to squawk. That's all I am going to say about that.
