Yeah, it's interesting that the website is lackluster. But I don't think this is a big red flag. The sec filings and Seawind financials and stuff like that is more important when evaluating the stock.

But yeah I don't have an answer as to why the website is like that, however I have faith in the company based on the other findings and the other people involved.

If you want to google important things how about you google the men behind PSPW, Rudana, and Seawind. Tell me what you find.. Also, if you have any doubts about the impending merger with Seawind..
