He's just a prior shareholder who likely bought at higher levels and lost money when they sold all those shares down to current levels. Some traders can't take a loss and move on, so they stick around the board to piss on everyone else and think they are getting even with the company or stock. It's pathetic but just the nature of these boards. Check his prior posts, unfortunately he was on the early holders here.
Anyways, the A/S really isn't that bad here and despite VFIN still here selling shares, I do believe this will see a nice pop from down here. All subbers have been having good runs this year, and this is on the few that have yet to run. Just need to churn through whatever VFIN has down here.
