PR... Calvi doesn't show up on the FL filing since the name change and has not had his own company since 2008/09. Costs $20 to get the DE filing but a red flag warning... "Not a staement of good standing" shows up. The wild thing is that the date of incorporation shows 2-29-98! No info on how he aquired the name of Heathrow Enterprises LLC... no name history as shows up for other companies... ie: Heathrow Enterprises INC... was a mortgage company before... The UPWON thing was a disaster... putting out PR's about special tournements for companies, putting out the info on cruise ships (didn't happen on the one cruise line mentioned in a fluffie at the time mentioned... had a friend who was on a cruise... or the "programs" flyers being handed out at NHL games... even mentioned Tampa Lightening... the league was on strike!!!)
No fluffies came out about the problems... or blaming others.
