This is the sos Colorado that jeff filed amending the preferreds in October and their conversion….there were 850? He changed the conversion feature and attempted to issue himself 1,000,0000 of these which would convert to 2 BILLION SHARES gving him control

He did this without noticing the current preferred holders who have the right to notice
Series A Preferred Stock
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION, NUMBER AND RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE.
The designation of the series of Preferred Stock authorized by these resolutions shall be "Series A Preferred Stock" (the "Series A Preferred Stock"). The authorized number of shares constituting the Series A Preferred Stock shall be Two Million (2,000,000) shares. The Board of Directors is further authorized, within the limitations and
restrictions set forth in the Articles of Incorporation or stated in any resolution or resolutions of the Board of Directors, to increase or decrease (but not below the number of shares of such series then outstanding) the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock subsequent to the issuance of shares of such series. In case the number of shares of any series shall be so decreased, the shares constituting such decrease shall resume the status which they had prior to the adoption of these or any subsequent resolutions originally fixing the number of shares of such series.
SECTION 2. VOTING RIGHTS.
The holders of Series A Preferred Stock shall be entitled to notice of any meeting of the Corporation's shareholders and to vote as a single class with the Common Stock upon any matter submitted for approval by the holders of Common Stock, and shall have 2,000 votes for every share of Series A Preferred Stock standing in his or her name on the stock transfer records of the Corporation.
SECTION 3. RANK AND PREFERENCE.
Shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall, with respect to dividend rights, rights on redemption and rights on liquidation, winding up and dissolution, rank pari passu with all classes of Common Stock.
