Cosmic Energy Group (a division of Bayport Corporation of Tulsa, Oklahoma USA) has a well site in the Kellyville OK. area where we will be drilling new two oil wells on a 120 acres tract with two existing wells presently operating for $225,000 per year; generating settled production of approximately $15,000 a month.

First, a shallow well will be drilled to 1000 ft. into the Oswego-Cleveland zones. This is a shallow well which should produce the equivalent of 30 barrels of oil per day. The second well will be deeper into the Wilcox-Red Fork zones on this same acreage as approved by the proper Oklahoma State Officials. The Wilcox-Red Fork well should produce approximately 60 to 70 barrels per day for the first year. This location is between a well to the northeast that is still producing after making 70,000 barrels from the Wilcox and Red Fork zones. The Oswego-Cleveland zone is above the Dutcher, Red Fork and the Wilcox zones. We expect to receive Oil and Gas from all four to five zones.

This field is located in Caldwell County. The lease contains 29 production wells and 1 saltwater disposal well. The field produces from the Austin Chalk and Buda formations from an approximate depth of 2,700’. The wells on the lease have been shut-in for some time and will require remediation. Further, Bayside plans to treat each well with a dendritic frac by pumping fresh water into the producing zone thereby flushing the fines that have migrated around the well bore and limited fluid entry. We expect a minimum of 100 bopd and have projected a potential 250-300 bopd. Also, a significant number of additional wells can be drilled on this lease. Remedial work was performed on the lease earlier this year and will resume shortly.

I have a Petroleum Landman goin to pull data here should no something next week.

Cosmic Saltwater Disposal Group, a Division of Bayside Corporation (BYSD.PK) intends to construct a series of six separate salt water disposal facilities in the Midland-Odessa Area of Texas. Cost of construction will be one million dollars turn-key for each facility. Each SWD facility will be completed in approximately 90 to 120 days from financing.

By constructing six disposal systems at the same we can achieve economy of scale with the construction funds and get all 6 of the wells on stream and producing revenue a lot quicker than building by building a well at a time. These disposals have longevity of 25 years to forty years when properly maintained, with many remaining very pro?table to this day lasting in excess of forty years.

Gilded lady mine

no current documented value...

Gem, Inc. Mary Ann Canyon Gold Mine @ Mt. Wheeler, Nevada (30 miles east of Ely, NV)

Located within what is regarded as one of the most promising areas in the Osceola District, White Plains County, NV the Mary Ann Canyon alluvial fan. Mining in the area started in the 1870‘s and continues to this day. Major efforts occurred in the late 1800‘s, 1930’s and the 1970‘s with both lode and placer mining removing considerable amounts of gold, silver & platinum. Acquired in 2007, Gem, Inc. (A Division of BYSD) owns 90% of 13 claims totaling 960 Acres. Assays show linearly increasing gold concentrations with depth. Rough, highly conservative estimates indicate over 17 million yards containing over $600 million of value.* Additional claims held by Gem, Inc. in the area could add an additional volume of 39 to 117 million yards of material. Conservative estimates range from an additional $600,000,000 – to over $2,000,000,000*. Gem Inc. has the equipment and water rights in place to continue large-scale mining operations of these claims. Presently it’s mining equipment and staff are in maintenance mode for the winter months with full-scale operations resuming in March 2011.

The link below has some good reading about who cosmic is using for the production of this mine and how they are splitting the cash up.....
