There are many myths about what role MM's play on pink stocks... Generally what you are observing is a daytrader trying to make a buck, but of course all you see is the MM's name that he trades with on the trade.

Actual human MM's have very little involvement with Pinksheet stocks in the penny and sub-penny range. There's no money in it. UDHC traded like $2k total today, you think they're here to scalp lunch money? If the volume spikes, they'll be here, but otherwise it is just investors and traders swapping shares electronically.

FWIW, I have no position here, but am considering starting one.
