no r/s will happen. speak to the CEO, it's straight from his mouth. and his desire is not to have any future increase in shares after the 15th of April. He negotiated time with no shares issued in hopes of increasing revenue and paying them off in cash instead of with conversions. As the sales #'s increase, he will hopefully be able to accomplish that and no new shares will need to be issued.
Where do you get there was a buyback of shares? There was no buyback. Retiring of shares to the treasury, maybe, they can be sold at anytime.33 million shares is a drop in a hat compared to 5 billion

The company will not, IMHO but the debt holders may choose to covert to shares and then sell. They have agreed not to do that until April 15 but after that no one knows.
My WAG is that if they get things lined out with the debt holders and can then lower the A/S count then this is gold!! If the debt holders convert their cash to shares and dump them...Well, you don't want to know..
