My advice ... Don't worry about it. In the end the Nigerians are not going to do anything to make it cost prohibitive for the oil companies to operate there. They will get it worked out, but if in the end the cost borne by the companies are more than those in the JDZ, that will likely cause companies to spend more there. mo.
