Q: Over the last 12 months , you have put out press releases regarding mergers, stock offerings ( Destage, FENY ) 1 for 1 or 1% of 2,000,000 etc. Our you really going to follow through with these public statements and release the new shares as you has previously stated, or are YOU in reality putting out FALSE and Misleading statements with the hope of getting more people to buy your stock?
A: You must be one of the 50 people who read the crap posted on those message boards! The merger with FNEY is proceeding according to plan and our announcements. Audits are being prepared for both companies. Plans to file an S-4 Proxy Statement and registration will follow the audit. The D-Stage stock distrubution will occur exactly as last announced. As far as the announced DStage stock premium, we must await DStage´s registration of the stock so that it may be distributed to our shareholders as promised. Last, SUNX is one of the most traded companies in the Over-the-Counter market, not because of press releases, but because 2,500 stockholders feel we´re in the right place at the right time when it comes to helping to protect artist´s intellectual property, and that we have a capable team in place. We have never been an overnight proposition. Other competitors have spent far more time and money than we have to get to our position in the marketplace. If you´re looking for short-term gains, there are plenty of pump and dump, pink sheet companies out there from which to choose. SunnComm isn´t one of them. Q: When will you file a 10-K. It has been way too long.
A: Tell me about it! What we have tried in the past to file...this time, a Form 10 will probably be replaced by an S-4 since we have merged with fully reporting Fan Energy (FENY:OTC:BB). It will be filed as soon after our audit is completed. The audit is projected to be completed before Labor Day. Yes, it´s been a long, strange trip to get here, but not quitting - no matter what obstacles are in our way - is what I feel SunnComm does best. Thanks for your support. Peter
