George, if ETRD were short shares, they would be buying to replace the "ghost" supply. They are sitting on the ask now, meaning they are offering the best ask price.
Why would they be doing that if they were trying to accumulate shares in order to cover? It doesn't make sense to me, unless I'm missing something in this picture.
