Do you have an restrictions to your order? Is it more than 5k? It's not to early now.. 905 est time the bids should start coming in. I know people set their order to cancel at the end of the trading day.
I guess I'm the only investor that thinks that the update float and OS information is really good news. I'll be buying up anything that anyone wants to sell at a low price, and I'll be laughing my ass off when this thing hits 30 cents a share two weeks from today. GLTA.
