Especially since the 8 million sold by the old CEO to the new one are still unaccounted for, no one seems to want to admit to owning them. And, the math provided for how much they cost MM is way off, not to mention he doesn't seem to have paid for them.

I agree. Your concerns are very reasonable. =) 14.7 M float still small. The best part is OS is still 27 M from the filling. That means no dilution to me.. unless someone sees it differently.
