Manipulation is definitely going on! You are naive to think it is not occurring.
I don't claim it isn't. I just point out that some people with more knowledge than I say the case for JPM being short is ambiguous and several analysts lay out their reasoning why. If you disagree with their logic then please feel free to point out their flaws.
This is an investment forum. What's so bad about looking at both sides of an investment?
One thing I've learned is when I'm not an expert in a particular field, it pays to look at the reasoning of those who hold strong views. What evidence do they find convincing? What constitutes a fact to them? Do they have a tendency to confuse speculation or conjecture with facts? Do they take datapoints, extrapolate them and think they've discovered now facts? Do they feel threatened when someone questions their belief system?
The more I read these boards the more convinced I become that nobody here knows the answers though many claim they do. I sure don't.
