What I don't like about the divi is it's the same as saying "we're going to take 199 of your shares away, but we're going to give you 1/4 of one share back IF you're nice little children and hang around for awhile! JUMP FOR JOY~!"
It's a cheap incentive. A better incentive is to just lay all the assets and the game plan out on the line.
LOL, the assumptions made by you and pep are negative in every aspect and ongoing non-stop. Time will tell if this plays out negative or positive. But hey, it's free country keep blowing the smoke.
