I was thinking this could be the 5th of a higher scale 3rd, starting in Jan, to qualify it has to each 4120 to be longer than the first wave

I think so. Still got that uncleared fib between 11-25-09 and 11-04-10 too. Maybe min 1.4280 for a semi-double top and most likely IMO a 1.128 fib extension from the 11-4-10 high.
