I reviewed the same info Thurly looked at and came to the same conclusion. King skated very close to the line on that one. Even with the forward-looking statements protection, I think he was probably well aware of where the govt contract was headed. Avid is a huge disappointment to me and as Jessme pointed out, a couple of years ago King was saying Avid could make PPHM breakeven. I know circumstances change, but Avid should be in a sweet spot to get alot of business. We took the adjacent space about a year ago for expansion. They spend a million bucks on office furniture and a pittance on lab equipment.
