When DA talks to shareholders directly and gives them info or what ever it is, to me that is insider info. He needs to hand it over to the IR firm and stop talking sales with individuals personally.

Pire what are you talking about? What info did Danny give someone that you consider insider info? You can't just say that stuff dude. You can't just say that Danny is giving out insider info, especially when what you're saying is inaccurate.

But with the IMO, sneaky way that dilution is done here, we have to.

Sneaky dilution!? Again, dude what are you talking about!? What is Pire's non-sneaky way to dilute? Please enlighten me. We usually find out about SS changes the same day here because we have an ungagged T/A that provides us that info. I guess we could be like other companies and gag the T/A, that way we'd have to wait for the quarterly reports before finding out about any SS change.

I wonder how many knew of this happening prior to the posting of the info and that is why they are selling this morning?

PIRE! The total daily volume up to this point equals about $1400.00 worth of stock. Please don't talk about "people" selling or buying because of something when volume is so low. You cannot base anything off of $1400.00 worth of stock trading.

All IMO of course.
