Jagman, These young companies need exposure and are often at a loss as to how to let the investing public know. I would always like to see restricted shares for exposure, even a little cash. Where i get nervous is third party payments for exposure (that is a large shareholder ready to dump), or excessive cash or excessive free trading shares.. they come right out of the profit margin and have an air of desperation.
The lesser of two evils really, restricted shares / small cash outlays.. But the real question is do they do any good? I have never been able to figure that one out, but then does the mail I pick up every day get read?, not the advertisements, they are in the trash before wifey sees them.
