They have 4 days to report a material event. Since it appears the company suspended the trading, it must be due to a material event.

So, yes, the SEC 4 day rule insures the company will report something by Wed. If not, that alone would be sufficient for NASDAQ to kick em off (frankly, I don't think the original poster actually called NASDAQ).
