Yes - CCME can do the halt as long as it wants - which is good for Longs - it keeps us all out of the market until all the news is in - and you know what I think about that!

We will know by Wednesday at the latest whether the 10-K will be on time or late. At that point, we will have a big piece of the puzzle solved (assuming the halt continues thereafter, which is doubtful). That's a loooong time from now in the halt space-time continuum.

When I called this morning I was told two things: (1) The halt was requested by the company, (2) There are no rules about how long it can remain halted. They would not give me any other information.
