Are you ruling out that G-d knows the future?

March 9th, 2011 Speculating on the Future

I don't know anything other than what I have blogged here. By checking the claims of the shorts with on the ground research and financial analysis, I can make the conclusion that the shorts committed a lot of fraud/forgery.

Given that the shorts committed the fraud, does that mean therefore, the company is clean? Is CCME a fraud?

I cannot answer those questions. In the end, Deloitte will answer those question for us.

The 10-K will come when Deloitte and CCME agrees. My guess is that as of now, even Deloitte/CCME don't know when.

Only God knows the future...

Dear WCTBILLs - I think you have said it clearly in your letter to the CCME, but wonder would you please let them know the consequences of not being able to clean up itself?

If they do not appeal to the nuke as you suggested, the management and board members will lose their investment, fame, customers and will have to deal with all the lawsuits down the road.

Again, I believe Dorothy Deng, the CEO, CFO are persuadable because they are very likely not Chinese citizen and must have assets in other countries/places such as Hong Kong, Canada, Australia or the U.S.

I guess you can just tell them shareholder are threatening at the moment and will definitely do it when the game is over.

I do not know what is going behind the scene and I do not care as well (because I can not help any way), but the bottom line is if they do not clean it up, the consequences are serious.

Thanks,

Kelvin
