If there's no dilution, the stock won't go anywhere, up or down.

But then they won't be acquiring anything, either. They need to dilute to acquire. My whole hang-up is the ratio between the accretive dilution, and how it plays out in the marketcap.

It's highly unlikely USRI will be able to bring an equal proportion of value to the cap via new shares. It just doesn't happen.

Like I said, $1.8M new marketcap value per 10M new shares, roughly speaking.
