As you know I'm in contact with Exec's all the time and have put CEO Austin of KHGT on the backburner as I have been swamped with calls from other Exec's. from (CSCO, HERO, C, S, XOMA, FFIV, FSLR, and a few others). I am not minnimizing CEO Austin; you just have to understand that these other Exec's have priority over KHGT withought any explanation there. I agree with the board that a PR is overdue given the WORLD ENERGY SITUATION. If KHGT had a Tri-Brid System you would think that there would be several PR's promoting the technology and the obvious advantages of this Green & Safe Energy source. I will attempt to contact KHGT CEO today after 1:15 CST; I just stopped in to see if this Group here had any developments or news. I have some info about KHGT that may help; this is based on the latest information out there.

This is the best information that we have at this time as KHGT has not updated the market (PINKSHEETS) with any updated information as to the exact nature of the business or the actual shares issued/authorized/ or outstanding.
I have stood by my word and have not flooded the market with KHGT shares. I have not bought or sold any shares and continue to have a HOLD on the equity and give it a SPECULATIVE BUY FOR ANY RISK PORTFOLIO.
I have an IMPORTANT CC to get to and will attempt to call CEO Austin this afternoon around 1:15 CST & update the board with any information ASAP.
