IF is a big word. You're still not getting it, 411. The ratio stays the same, whether he issues 990M new shares, or 99M.

Each 1M new shares he issues, it has to bring in approx. $180K worth of new value to the company.

That means 10M new shares had better get the marketcap up by $1.8M. The cap is hardly $1M now. How is 10M new shares going to add $1.8M to the cap?

Vince is a scrap man, with bonehead advisors. It's not gonna happen.

I am with you! I appreciate you being positive about this. I understand the outcome could be good or bad but I am going with the good at this point. I believe this CEO has done some good things in the past and is going to make a winner out of this and it may take some time but I am willing to hold for a long time. I just get sick of people being positive one day and then being so negative the next. No one knows for SURE if this will be bad or good!
