FLHockeyman: I think your post pretty much lays out all the possibilities. Although we may know more either today (in a few moments?) or later this week, personally I think #5 (minor revisions of 10K with some delay) is the most likely reason of the halt. Next likely secenario is #1, a tender offer. If there were some serious issue with Deloitte and the audit, The CEO would not have told Ping Lou what Joe reported:

Just spoke with Ping Luo (Global Hunter) and she spoke with CCME's CEO after the halt, asking the reason for the halt. He told her that "Deloitte has found NOTHING significant during the audit process."
