Eh! No, I do not believe ICOA offers investors an opportunity at this time based on all the information and DD we have to date. Basing something like this which has historical issues and a potential for fleecing investors is always very suspect. How many pinks have you seen where the people in charge have a history of taking advantage of investors turning themselves around and actually delivering to investors - I have not seen one yet, have you? I remain very skeptical about this investment at this time as I have seen nothing of value that demonstrates a potential for this company to make anything happen. The hybrid LOC is the only potentially positive about ICOA and it is suspect in my opinion. It is not money but credits and shares purchased at an "equivalent" value - not a true LOC at all.
This is a "business" with a lot of problems. I want to see
factual and achievable results not the fantasy land imaginations that investors are coming up with for ICOA nor the excuses for why it is not delivering. This is offering what the majority of pinks are offering, your money for nothing.
