May be that stocks did't have revenue. I consider in my DD bar chart as public opinion because public buy the share. Second, Share structure doesn't matter for me if company is generating revenue. Both things are giving green signal here. These are the two things only. I consider a lot of other things to make assumption. APCX is going north tomorrow. I will buy more before it moves north.
