what i see are aspects discounted
that absolutely would impact the co.
and their cash flow

regardless the router did impact time lines
and time frames .. what i want to know is if
that *impact* permanently affected contractual
aspects in regards to ETC .. there are very
specific dates given in the pr/nr out on 9/16/2010

speculation is just that .. until facts are
given to prove aspects one way or the other

it's clear to me that only the co. filing for BK
and shutting their doors <which isn't happening imo>
would suit certain entity/s .. not that that comes as
a surprise to me .. but then if posts are read from sept
2009 .. i said then the *goal* for exph was the cellar

ironically i've never used the word evil
in my use of MMs' .. folks can do a search to see
where that *originates* .. like i said it may be worth
the time for folks to do some reading of this venue
*circa* sept 2009 .. i'd like to think a few surprises
are in store ;-)
