This looks terrible. I assume Tommy Thompson is now out. It looks like it is an unwind of the OTS merger with assumption HOTI could not fund it. From quick look at SEC documents on new company, auditors doubt the company can survive, has debt, questionable assets, bad cash flow. Company has no phone, uses phone of President. Yes, HOTI is on the move, but in what direction?
