Sam there is a certain amount of truth in what you say, but the company has put those numbers out there and in order to hold cfedibility they should produce those numbers.

On the other side of that it is best guess numbers and like any future numbers may or may not hold. Time will tell but Lance has told me that those numbers are vedry realistic

Shamrock is the only planned acquisition to be completed. Since the principals of the company are part of Tandem, it shouldn't be a problem.
