#36272 RE: neuroinv #36271

Neuro, Being re-listed onto Amex or Nasdaq doesn't have to be the primary goal of a reverse split. Recapitalizing/resurrecting the company is the goal. Cortex could raise $20 mil and get its capital structure back in order, and retore its ability to carry on clinical development again. Would changing management in the process be such a bad thing? The current group has had its chance.

The alternative, selling off more assets prematurely on the cheap (before the ADHD trial has even started), isn't the way to maximize the asset. It's questionable how much money premature partnership/asset sales would bring in anyway.
