Even if CCEL loses the income from the Mexican affiliate, it's no big deal in the big picture. CCEL has new affiliates in China and India that will more than make up for the loss. The Chinese and Indian populations are more into cord blood storage than the Mexican population is. CCEL will do fine no matter how this lawsuit turns out.
Hopefully, CBAI ends up fine too, and reduces the increase in A/S proposed so that current shareholders don't lose so much. I fully agree with you that the sector has enough room for both companies to do well in the long run.
But, it truly is interesting seeing the different styles of the two CEO's. I'd never have realized it if it hadn't been pointed out. ;)
