worm, just like me I am holding about 75% of my position for over a year which means I (we) share holders will be taxed as a long term investors. I have not taken any profits yet. Next week is a different story. I will wait for the news for the deal to be finalized and await the findings "what is in the ground in reserves". That is the key issue for me IMHO. I am hoping it will be a "gusher" of news to all shares holders and punishment for shorts. IMHO let them all Die! LOL!! HAAAAAAAAAAAA
