I think you misinterpreted MJ016's intention. He was simply saying not all JV's are good for the junior, he was not suggesting that EXS's would necessarily fall into that category. I understood him simply trying to enlighten us and warn us not to automatically equate a JV with a positive event...need to look at the structure of it.
