Yeah, but when? Not going to happen anytime soon, imo.

For there to be a buy out, SEO has to be able to value what he has, and for him to value what he has, there has to be more drilling.

For there to be more drilling there has to be Phase 2.

I, like many, think that Phase 2 will happen.

But unlike others, I'm not so convinced that a Phase 2 announcement will result in a higher share price. Everyone pretty much expects Phase 2; it's baked in.

What will move the share price is if Phase 2 results are positive enough to where SEO could use the data to get his price.

But we won't know that until well after Phase 2 has been announced, drill ships secured, data analyzed etc.

It's going to be a good 6 months or more, in my opinion, before ANYONE can claim a buy out.
