Its possible KK is buying shares buy I would'nt bet on it. I'd guess KK would use any extra cash at paying down debt to meet his stated debt reduction goals. The 10 Billion shares that were issued are'nt suppost to hit the market to be baught. I think as GERS gets money its used to buy back the shares from Viridis. The 10B is down to 8B last I read. The shares I'm interested in are the other 3.2B. The float was 13.2B after the 10B was issued to Viridis minus the 2B should be 11.2B outstanding. Its still showing as 13.2B outstanding from what I can find. I'm not expecting a RS untill the rest of the 8B shares from Viridis are gone. They'll need to show good proffits and win the settlements before a RS or the SP will tank again. Like the other RS's in the past. 3.2B shares outstanding is high IMO.
