Its almost like a chess game! we are at the end of the game and the next move could be "CHECKMATE" the bishop or the queen gets wacked!Garth or us shareholders are @ the end of the game,who is going to outsmart who?should he dump shares for pennies,or should he turn off the (ATM) and let the stock run so we can all sell to get out of the game,and inturn his shares make double or perhaps triple the price when bought by a new investor?thats is the where I think we are and the clock is ticking ,the answer is around the corner with the next "PR",either a RS anoucement or Garth will make a new purchase annoucment of somenthing and when the stock makes a run,the (ATM) will be unplugged and cries of joy will be heard throughout pinkieland!GLTA ,have a safe and relaxful weekend fellow chess players ,its Garths move,I think he has enjoyed a good ride and he will do the right thing!Billstopay

A R/S may be the only option they have very soon. Just to clarify, they are not dumping on us at "No-bid" but rather they have dumped on us from bid to No-bid. Everytime it starts to run from a PR they have dumped more shares on us.
