Probably griff. I expected it to go down, but not this far or this quick.
I'm still not sure what's going on. I think cargo is right that the company can't sell new shares directly to the public, so as I see it, all they can do for dilution is a) pay vendors and suppliers b) convert debentures and other debt.
How a) would work is beyond me, because I can't imagine a vendor or supplier taking shares at the market price and trying to sell them, even to get even, so maybe it's the convertible debentures still being converted, sold, more converted, sold, etc.

The second conundrum is "who is buying all these shares?". In the last 4 days almost 50 million shares have been traded. That's over $150k in buys (and of course sells). Perhaps the 20 million day when the stock ran up on the LIQR settlement was some new momentum/spec buyers, but who is willing to put near $100k at risk on a stock that has continuously hit new all-time lows and declined all but one week of 2011?
