Look up the definition of the word SOON! It does not mean what ever we think. It means in the near term! Why would he even use the word SOON? To pump up the PPS
If they were not going to be done before now, why not use the term Mid to Late March, but on time!
Just trying to hype it up. I am truly sorry, but this upsets me as it does a lot of others. Just get DA to talk straigt and DA needs to understand our frustration as he has caused them.
