Now addressing your post, I'm not sure if the CEO actually told her why the stock was halted or not. She obviously says he didn't. If we can believe that the CEO is being truthful with Ping, then we can believe there's "nothing significant." I hope this is the case and have no reason to believe otherwise. As far as "nothing significant," you're damned right that's good news if indeed "nothing significant" actually means "nothing significant."
