punk153....your costs of an IPO PINKY are way off. most brokers, if they like it, will push it for promotional shares as pay and filing fees in several states are very low. requirements for keeping the books and recording the minutes of meetings are very loose....i used to do it as a VP years ago in a dinky IPO that three of us enineers put together and put out less than 5 grand to do it.....actually the first 2 truck loads of gold ore paid to put together the mining company.
very little was put into the new TRUDY and is worth no more than the mm's bids. thats my opinion until stan gives us some solid information that we are entitled to as shareholders.
