Thanks much, Joe. Sounds like something came up and the CEO views it as not 'significant'. IF it is a minor issue causing a delay, hopefully they will give guidance on earnings along with the news. Even if they announced restatements due to minor issues, the stock would rally if they preannounced expected earnings for Q4, IMO.

What kind of nonsense is this out from her? Deloitte found nothing significant but at the same she can't rule out the resignation of them? Sure, that makes sense NOT.

I couldn't get anything else out of her, but when asking what she thought would happen from here, she thought a delay might be possible, maybe something else other than that and she said that you can't even rule out a Deloitte resignation at the extreme

SAS 99 is an extra steps DTT has to take for audit so delay is expected. This dovetails Luo Ping's comment very well.

Does this message from Joe of Ping from Chairman mean the initial audit was in fact concluded? ("initial" as opposed to SAS99 or any extra stuff that is not typical of a Deloitte audit).
