Carl turned in SNK to the SEC. Under normal circumstances, I would certainly agree.

This has PAYBACK potential. Read the April 2006 8K's.

SNK has VALUE in the LOSS. They could cash that in against other GAINS they may have in other investments. They bought those warrants at .28.

If they choose to wait for a ROI, that could take years.

There may be far more VALUE now, and with the potential for revenge......
