What is there to ask if you do get through to anyone? Not like they will say anything.

I don't buy it. Halt is a big deal and CCME should have planned it instead of doing it ad hoc, which is of course even fearful.

CCME must have been doing something in the past month and as of now, they should have most, if not all, things in place.
