This is a company halt, a T-1. Same as the previous one in October before the good news about the Starr Investment. There was a rumor earlier in the week about a media company wanting to make an investment in CCME.

Hopefully it is good news and it comes out right away, but I think it may be a halt that lasts weeks. If earnings are delayed for weeks, without a halt, the stock would have plummeted. Like others have said, it is all speculation at this point.

No the company can halt for weeks without SEC stepping in or acting
