He can do whatever he wants. I would rather he didn't spend the money, just don't tell us you're going to and then disappear on game day. Bravada has no problem pumping out press releases, the least they can do is give us one when they make such a change of plans. For as much as he had to say on the phone, he should have no problem finding the words to fill out a PR explaining the situation.
Sort of like buying a Rolls Royce and then buying Moped. We would be happy with something inbetween the two as beinga better choice of a way to spend Investors Money!
This should not be an All of Nothing issue if you want to attract customers and shareholders.
