My guess is you have plenty of time to get in this stock. It might not be at .0025 but I think the way this stock trades even on a national account announcement that .003 will be no problem.

Boy if we are guessing, my guess is you have time to get in this stock at .0025; but you may not have plenty of time. Once we get a national account I don't think you'll ever see .003 again. In fact you may not see .005 again. You get the point... I'm just guessing!
