jtdiii: Have you noticed that you and trillium are the only people on the agora board who will admit that it is even a remote possibility that e.Digital is not involved with Wencor's embedded digesystem? IMO several of those posters are nothing but shills (LL and BL top of list).

e.Digital has never claimed that it is, therefore it is false to merely "assume" anything to the contrary.

e.Digital is a public company and accountable to its shareholders. If it has significant orders or NRE contracts they are certainly able to announce them, even if they do not mention the source. For example, they could say that they have an NRE contract for $X million from an undisclosed customer.

One of the reasons you are not getting an affirmative answer is that the company's communication methods have always been that if they don't announce it, it doesn't exist. Speculative dot connecting has never once yielded valid information.

Also keep in mind that the company specifically states that it takes no responsibility for anything stated on Internet message boards. Just because the guys on agora (some of whom I am convinced are shills) say so.

One last thing, you said that RP told you that the conversion of the Series EE shares would be good for the "company."

That is true only in that the Series D and EE financiers have the right to all of the assets of the corporation if e.Digital ceases to operate.

e.Digital has already been paid for the shares, so their conversion does nothing more for them other than get the financiers off of their back. The conversion of the 17 million shares (10% of the existing # of shares outstanding) is VERY bad for the common shareholders.
