I would like Earnest to give us his explanation of soon. Is it a day, week, month? He has been saying that PMDP is going to no-bid soon, repeatedly for the past couple of months.
He states it, as if it's fact, yet adds "jmo" ("just my opinion", for the uninformed) in small letters underneath.
Earnest, as our board moderator, could you please, give us a more exact timeframe for no bid, so we can exit our positions, and/or tell us how you know this?
